Australian tenant engagement company Equiem is expanding into the US market.
The company — which specializes in amenities and programming for commercial properties — will be working with Vornado Realty Trust at 90 Park Avenue and PENN 1, which is about to embark on a total lobby redevelopment.
Equiem will also continue to work with Adams & Co. at 110 West 40th Street.
